Only 1/2 mile to downtown Historic Kirkwood with its many shops & restaurants,Farmers Market, Kirkwood Park & Pool & Train Depot. Welcome to Maplewood, one of St. Louis' most centrally located and popular municipalities! In this space for 1 or 2 people, you'll have a quiet stay with exclusive access to the lower level of my updated 1950s bungalow which offers a separate entrance, private living area, and dedicated work space. Ample parking and a 15 minute walk to restaurants, breweries, and the Metro train station! I live on the main level of the house with my dog Bodhi and am easy to reach if needed.

This one bedroom newly updated house is the perfect location for discovering all that "The Hill" has to offer. Within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in all of STL. ( Zia's being our personal favorite) Enjoy a great meal and walk to one of the many well known bakeries, Italian markets, Shops, Coffee Bistro, Gelato and Bars. What more could you ask for?
